Statement of Values

Life can be really hard at times. Pain, worry, and grief are all part of the experience of having a human life and caring about it – they don't mean something is wrong with you.

Everyone deserves thoughtful and compassionate healthcare. I serve teens 15 years old and up; adults young and old; and people of various abilities, races, cultures, gender identities, sexual orientations, and financial circumstances. I enjoy interacting with and learning from a variety of people, and I am committed to offering healthcare throughout Maine via telehealth.

I strive to make access to counseling as easy as possible and to meet any issues that arise with curiosity, transparency, and kindness.

I believe that you are the person who knows most about you.

There are many ways to live a good life – my intention is to support you in finding yours.
